With two floors, this loft involved the renovation of some part of a former factory located in Navigli area in Milan. It was converted into a clean and simple loft of over 350 square meters. Paolo Frello and Partners is a company of architecture, interior design, and communication. Based in Milan and headed by Paolo Frello, this company collected numerous awards and prizes all over the world.
The goal of this project was to make the dining room area able to join intimacy and flexibility. The purpose of the dining room was to be a place that could express different aspects and functions such as an elegant dinner, a family breakfast or a space for children’s homework.
At the same level of the living area, the space is completed with the main bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom and with the guest area.

The dining room is the core of this large living room. It conveys the everyday uses of a family linking the two living areas: the relax area, with white sofas and TV, and the conversation area with other tobacco sofas, a fireplace and a monumental library that runs through the second level.
