FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MODERN FLOOR LAMPS
Called Bubbly, this bubble shaped lighting collection captured our attention with its wonderful design. Inspired by soap bubbles and botryoidal hematite, Bubbly is still an ongoing collection – and we couldn’t be happier.

“Bubbly is an on-going exploration of the forces of attraction and other cluster patterns found in nature.”
These iridescent soap lights are available in table, chandelier and wall sconces. Established in the world in ICFF 2017, this New York-based designer gathered the idea of Bubbly when she was in the final stages of designing a previous lighting collection.
And thus, Bubbly was born. A series of rainbow-hued brass lights that are just as bright and happy as they seem. When speaking to Dezeen, Rosie Li claimed – “The real challenge was defining an internal logic for this system, as we wanted to strike a balance between organic liveliness and structured simplicity.”
To create the rainbow effect, the studio worked with a special coatings vendor that could produce highly saturated colours to cover the spherical modules and Li also used oil-rubbed bronze to create a black version of the lights and polished nickel for silver editions. To mimic the iridescent quality that only soap bubbles have, the studio worked with polished brass and have a multicoloured metallic finish.
To follow the patterns of the lighting collection the table lamps include globular on-off switches, in line with the lighting’s overall aesthetic.
