Todd Merrill gut renovated this three-floor and roof deck penthouse on the Lower East Side for a single female client.

The living room is simply stunning and has certainly the designer fingerprint on the beautiful mid-century modern furniture and lighting.

Every aspect of the home was designed by Merrill and custom made in his workshops. The light fixture present above the exquisite dining table, gives a luxurious presence to the space.

All furnishings are from Todd Merrill 20th Century and suit perfectly together, providing an unique touch. Besides the superb and dazzling table lamp and chandelier, one of our favorite pieces is the custom made smoke mirror fireplace surround.

The home features a high-polished Macassar encased kitchen in turquoise lacquer and custom tile on the first floor.
