Space Copenhagen is a design studio based in Copenhagen, founded in 2004 by Peter Bundgaard Rützou and Signe Bindslev Henriksen. The studio is known for their interiors of high-end restaurants such as Restaurant Noma, awarded 1st by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and Restaurant Geranium by Bocuse d’Or winner Rasmus Kofoed, as well as furniture designs for Fredericia Furniture, Mater, &tradition, Pilar Varón and Stellarworks. Space Copenhagen’s clients include Fritz Hansen, Georg Jensen, Hotel D’Angleterre, René Redzepi, Rasmus Kofoed, Malene Birger and Louisiana Museum of Modern Art.
Eliasson is a Danish-Icelandic artist known for sculptures and large-scale installation art employing elemental materials such as light, water, and air temperature to enhance the viewer’s experience. In 1995 he established Studio Olafur Eliasson in Berlin, a laboratory for spatial research. Olafur represented Denmark at the 50th Venice Biennale in 2003 and later that year installed The Weather Project in the Turbine Hall of Tate Modern, London.
Together with her husband and partner Flemming Frost, Jull has worked mainly in the area of urban planning and development. In 1990, she and Frost founded Juul Frost Arkitekter in Copenhagen and created amazing projects all over Europe since then.
Together with her husband, Mette Hay founded the pristine and widely popular Hay House, one of the top design studios in Denmark. A young and imaginative mind that’s shaping the future of Danish Design especially when it comes to residential design.
Ingels is a Top Danish architect, founder and creative partner of Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), widely known for buildings that defy convention while incorporating sustainable development principles and bold sociological concept. In Denmark, Ingels became well known after designing two housing complexes in Ørestad: VM Houses and Mountain Dwellings.
Nielsen is a Danish architect, co-founder and principal of 3XN. He graduated from Aarhus School of Architecture in 1981 and has been a prominent figure in Danish and international architecture since then. Kim Herforth Nielsen has been at the forefront of a number of noteworthy projects, such as Ørestad College and Royal Arena in Copenhagen, the Danish Embassy in Berlin, International Olympic Committee’s HQ in Lausanne and Sydney Fish Market.
Gubi Olsen together with his wife, Lisbeth Olsen, founded GUBI in 1967. From the outset, the company has been based on product design and development. Over the years, the designer couple has created a large collection of upholstered furniture.
Niels Strøyer Christophersen is the Founder and Creative director at Frama. One of the brightest minds of the New Wave of Danish Design, Christophersen is well deservedly considered one of the Top Design Minds of his generation.
David Thulstrup is an architect and designer with a refined yet diverse approach to interiors and architecture intertwining classic aesthetics with a modern design. One of the biggest names of the Modern Day Scandinavia.
Manz is considered one of the leading Danish furniture designers of her generation. In November 2017 she was awarded Designer of the year in the Design Awards by Bo Bedre, Costume Living, Nordic Living and Boligmagasiet and in 2018 by Maison et Objet. She extends the understanding of the function and aesthetics of design and challenges the established concepts of industrial design. Her work of includes furniture, jewelry, lamps and sculptures. Her Mikado table has been included in MOMA’s design collection.
