In today’s home interior project we selected a modified Cape across from Central Park in Schenectady, USA.  Built in late 1940’s and having a few style changes over the years it didn’t lose the midcentury modern style, with such things as the pink tile in the bathroom.

This modern home project is 3,400 square feet and has five bedrooms. It includes a first-floor master bedroom and three bathrooms. In the master bedroom, the chose colour was white and it fits perfectly in the room that oozes peacefulness and loveliness.

The lot is a third of an acre and a den with a separate entrance can be used as something like a professional or home office. With big, periodic windows, this brings us a nostalgic feeling with mid-century modern lighting.

Some of the highlights of this interior home project are the fireplace with astounding details with period windows and cedar shakes on the exterior.

The kitchen interior decor gives the vibe of being a familiar place. The space is big enough and gives the aura of having the perfect setting for a sunny breakfast.
