THANK YOU !
FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MODERN FLOOR LAMPS
Today our mood board is all about Navy Peony. This unique color was chosen as one of the top 10 colors by The PANTONE Fashion Color Report for the upcoming season. But, this report is probably the most special one of the year, since for the first time PANTONE has added London Fashion Week to their seasonal color reportage. So, today we’re going to tell everything about a color that is part of the color palette for London.
“A mainstay for the season for both palettes, Navy Peony is a dependable and an anchoring shade. Solid and stable, the hue takes some of the load off of black as a go-to neutral.” PANTONE Fashion Color Report, Fall 2017
This so-called anchor shade was identified by the Pantone Color Institute as one of the top 10 colors across collections at both New York and London Fashion Week. According to the report, it was mostly utilized as an alternative neutral for fall ’17.
You can use Navy Peony in your walls in order to add a dramatic touch. In your bedroom, you can mix this color with golden wall lamps and provide a very mid-century modern atmosphere to the room.
Navy Peony is making everyone go crazy with the color. David Lawrence is one of the biggest examples. The interior design has chosen to use the Pantone color in this Hampton’s living room, and instead of using it on the walls we decided to feature it on the couch, adding a fresh touch to the space.
The materials, colors, and lighting play a big part of this hotel hallway. However, our favorite part is the mid-century lighting design that adds a warmth to the predominantly navy interior.
