In East London, a local studio turned an office space design into a creative hub for 26 freelancers to work in. The best way to inspire people by choosing the right moods with the right choices. In this workspace, the flow inspiration comes in form of style and the aura that it represents.

GET INSPIRED BY: 1980’s Hong Kong Make Over into a Modern Home Style
When we mention a big, beautiful modern home design, we clearly mean business. When speaking from the heart, this is one of the home decor we want to establish as one of the kindest and most sober of the styles.
The colours were chosen to bring the office space design an airy and relaxing feeling without leaving room to get the communal area a good and get to go feeling.
The industrial style office was transformed by The Benyon Estate. The workspace flow wants to bring to the 26 freelancers a good work environment with flexible mid-century furniture and flexible desk spaces.
The workspace project is open for any of the tenants to use the communal areas such as a cafe, lounge, reception and a meeting space.
The colours of the whole office design space were inspired by fresh plaster. Sella Concept’s wants to bring the area where you can get the right kind of mood whenever the time. The concerns were to get the most of the inspiration from the freelance workers, so all of the design was brought to bring an inspiring look.
The industrial style is present throughout the whole room while having several inspirations from other design styles, such as the British colonial style present in the form of the chairs for example.
The room was divided into zones to bring an intimate but accessible feeling into the room at the same time. The lounge areas with their soft seating and wooden bookshelves bring the softness and calm feeling while the bistro-inspired dining spaces are perfect for a more work-related room.
